Spanish Colonial Revival

The house is inspired by the Spanish Colonial Revival style.  We employed artisans of Santa Barbara, known for this Architecture to design iron work,  create custom lighting fixtures, and handmade tiles. The interior walls are all hand plastered, mahogany cabinetry,  limestone fireplace surrounds, and painted beams ornament the house. The exterior lends itself to the nature of the tiered property, asymmetrically stepping up the hillside. French doors open onto balconies, roofs are covered in red terra cotta tile, and the deep set windows and archways define this California classic.
